What is Lara Olium?
Lara Olium produces and distributes Extra Virgin Olive Oil (AOVE), Picual variety. We’re dedicated to offering the highest quality oil, made with selected olives and processes that guarantee purity, flavour and health properties.
What variety of oil do you offer?
We mainly work with the Picual variety, known for its high stability, high antioxidant content and intense flavour, with green and fruity notes.
What does it mean for the oil to be Extra Virgin?
An AOVE is an oil obtained solely through mechanical processes, with no chemical treatment, very low acidity and no tasting defects. It’s the highest category of olive oil.
Where do your olives come from?
Our olives come from selected groves, where we take care of every stage of growing and harvesting to ensure a superior-quality oil.
How is Lara Olium oil made?
The olives are picked at their optimal point and cold-milled within a few hours to preserve all their aromas, flavour and nutritional properties.
Do you sell to individuals as well as businesses?
Yes. We supply individual customers as well as restaurants, gourmet shops and businesses looking for a premium AOVE.
Do you hold oil tastings?
Yes. At Lara Olium we organise extra virgin olive oil tastings, where we teach how to identify the aromas, flavours and attributes of AOVE, as well as how to tell qualities apart.
Who can take part in the tastings?
The tastings are open to individuals, groups, businesses and events. No previous experience is required.
Where are the tastings held?
Tastings can be held at agreed venues for events, businesses and training activities.

Do you ship orders?
Yes. We ship our oils throughout Spain and, on request, to other countries too.
How long does my order take to arrive?
The usual delivery time is 24 to 72 working hours within Spain.
